IMPORTANT: 72 hours’ notice is required for a cancellation or modification of your appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment 72 hours’ before your scheduled appointment time you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Cancelling an appointment 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time you will be charged in FULL and that payment will be due before or at your next scheduled appointment.
